Registrations are open! Please follow the registration system. Creating your account in the AMCA registration system is required.

Fee & Payment

Each regular and student registration fee allows for the presentation of one contribution.

Regular and student fees include:

• participation in the scientific program,
• refreshments during coffee breaks and lunches,
• conference materials,
• participation in all social events,
• publication in the proceedings paper,
• VAT 21%.

Student fee + workshop includes:

• the same as student fee,
• participation at PhD workshop,
• small refreshments during PhD workshop.

Accompanying person fee includes:

• participation in all social events,
• VAT 21%.

PhD workshop

The PhD workshop is primarily intended for students. However, in case of any remaining spots, we will offer participation to non-students (early career researchers and others). Your interest in being contacted in such a case can be expressed during the registration. The workshop fee for non-students will be 50 EUR paid on-site.

VISA Information

Passport and VISA requirements

Visitors from non-EU countries must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the conference. Participants requiring a visa should apply to the consular office or embassy of the Czech Republic in their country. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to two months.

In the case of your VISA application being declined, your payment will be refunded in full minus a service fee of CZK 500.

Invitation letters

The conference secretariat assists the delegates by processing the official invitation upon request. This letter of invitation, however, constitutes neither any obligation by the secretariat of the conference nor by the organizing committee to cover any travel and accommodation expenses, fees or other costs connected with attending the meeting and staying in the Czech Republic.
