Schedule & General Information

The contributions for oral or poster presentations were selected based on the scientific soundness of submitted extended abstracts. All conference contributors were invited to submit full papers to conference proceedings in Acta Polytechnica CTU proceedings which will be sent for indexing in Scopus and WOS.

* Based on the delivery from reviewers, the reviews and decisions will be sent to authors in four waves:

1. 19 Jan 2026, revisions due 28 Feb 2026.
2. 2 Feb 2026, revisions due 28 Feb 2026.
3. 16 Feb 2026, revisions due 15 Mar 2026.
4. 2 Mar 2026, revisions due 31 Mar 2026.

Full Paper: Submission of revised manuscript

• Manuscripts are to be submitted via EasyChair by Updating the files (accessible via right corner menu of the submission) of current submission.
• Authors must update the revised Full paper manuscript in PDF and revised Full paper source files as one archive file (ZIP, TAR).
• The revised version of the manuscript needs to be accompanied by a LETTER TO EDITORS summarizing how you addressed the reviewers’ comments. The letter to editors can be submitted either as separate text file (TXT, RTF, DOCX) in the source files archive or as an appendix to the revised manuscript (in such a case, the letter to editors will be removed before publications).
• The revised manuscript will be primarily reviewed by the editors, who will judge whether the reviewers’ comments were properly addressed.

Full Paper: Instructions & Submission

• Only contributions presented at the conference (oral or poster) will be considered for proceedings.
• While writing the full paper, authors should address comments from reviews of the extended abstract and discussions during the conference.
• Full paper contribution should follow the instructions on Acta Polytechnica CTU proceedings website. Please, do NOT use the extended abstract template!
• Expected length of each paper is 6 to 8 pages, including figures, excluding references.
• Manuscripts are to be submitted via EasyChair by Adding the files (accessible via right corner menu of the submission) to current extended abstracts. Authors must submit three files: Full paper manuscript in PDF, which will be used for review purposes. Archive file (ZIP, TAR) not visible to reviewers containing source file, all figures, and references. Signed manuscript content verification form in PDF.
• Submission deadline was extended to 14 November 2025.
• Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by scientific committee, further revision may be required based on the reviews.

Abstract: Instructions & Submission

• Use the LaTeX template (download) to write the extended abstract.
• The extended abstract must be at most 2 pages long, including references.
• Submit the extended abstract in PDF via EasyChair (abstract submission).
• During the submission, please select 1-4 topics characterizing the contribution to help us assign appropriate reviewers.

Oral presentations

Talk duration

• Keynote: 45 minutes + 15 minutes discussion.
• Contributed talks: 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

Uploading presentation files

• Presentations should be uploaded to the computers onsite (PDF or PPTX formats). You may use your own computer for presentation connected via HDMI port.
• Before the conference (by Monday 8 Sep), it is possible to send the presentation files (PDF or PPTX) via email to ped25@amca.cz.
• In all cases presenters are requested to verify that the presentation works well in advance, no later than during the break before their session
• To simplify the navigation, please, use the presentation number (according to the program) and presenter name at the beginning of the presentation file name, e.g. 42-Smith-Final_version.pdf

Poster presentation

• Maximal size A0 portrait.
• Poster will be displayed throughout the whole conference. Posters are to be presented during two dedicated poster sessions.
• Equipment for poster installation will be provided during the registration.
